When can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
You will have until 30 days before the event to obtain a full refund for the registration, for any reason. Request for refund must be submitted via email to ridesmart@ridesmart.info. Details of transaction (Date, Payer Name, Order #, Event Date) must be provided in the email. Refunds will be issued directly to credit card source which was used to register for the event. From 15 -30 days, a credit to your account for a future event will be provided. Once the event is less than 15 days away, refunds or credits will not be provided.
