Leathers-Boots-Lap
Timers
RideSmart now has a
moderate inventory of leathers, boots and lap timers available to rent on a first
come first serve basis exclusively for RideSmart events.
In order to guarantee you will have leathers, boots or a lap timer on the day of the
event you MUST pay in advance to reserve your equipment.
Leathers are $50 if prepaid, $80 at the event (if in stock). Boots are
$25 if prepaid and $35 at the event (if in stock). Lap Timers are $15 if
prepaid and $20 at the event (if in stock). |

Suspension
Services
Roger Albert of
OnRoad OffRoad Cycles offers shop and track-side support for
motorcycle Suspension and Chassis to help the rider get the most out of
his or her motorcycle and track experience. Offered in conjunction with
Ridesmart at all of their 2007 events, the special Ridesmart pricing
provides a basic suspension setup for only $30 dollars (cash only
trackside,
please) for most motorcycles. The basic setup customizes the bike to
suit the individual rider's weight, experience, riding style, and
preferences, as well as track specific tuning. Suspension is set to
provide optimum handling, grip, comfort, and confidence vis proper
geometry and damping. All accessible external settings, including front
and rear sag (both static
and laden), ride-height, and front and rear damping (both compression
and rebound, and where applicable, both low and high-speed)
In addition to tuning, OnRoad OffRoad Cycles offers an increasing list
of track accessories by vendors such as RaceTech, Works Performance, Pit
Bull, Baxley Stands, SV-Racing, Komodo and many others. Please let us

Services
Lastly, OnRoad OffRoad
offers complete shock, fork, wheel, and chassis tuning and rebuilding
services in their Austin Texas based shop.
Advanced services include instrumented measurement of existing springs
and
damping fluid, offer better establishment of suspension baseline to
allow superior out-of-the-box tuning. OnRoad OffRoad Cycles are glad to
pickup and deliver track-side, as well as providing in-person dropoff
(by appt) and mail/UPS commercial delivery. OnRoad OffRoad will be
attending all 2007 Ridesmart events as well as CMRA and select TMGP race
weekends.
We can be contracted to offer track-side support for both sprints, and
entire endurance events, as well as individual
tuning and ride-coaching at track day, member days, and Oakhill Raceway
rentals.
