Liability
RideSmart does not accept any liability in the
event of an accident or someone being injured
while attending any of our events.
Because of unforeseen risks that are associated
with riding motorcycles, we require our students
to sign a waiver which is a standard release of
liability provided by RideSmart and track
management officials. Our main goal is to
provide a safe environment for all of our
students.
RideSmart reserves the right to refuse service
to anyone and to extract any un safe riders not
adhering to the rules set forth and presented at
the morning riders meeting.
